中國能源報告(2016):能源市場研究 讀者對象:本書適用于能源經(jīng)濟研究人員、能源行業(yè)從業(yè)人員及政府決策人員
能源市場是國際社會和學(xué)術(shù)界廣泛關(guān)注的熱點問題。中國能源市場是國際能源市場重要的組成部分,主要包括中國能源生產(chǎn)者、消費者、市場結(jié)構(gòu)和價格形成機制等因素,也包括不同能源品種的生產(chǎn)量、消費量、貿(mào)易量及影響因素等多方面內(nèi)容。
《中國能源報告(2016):能源市場研究》是《中國能源報告》系列研究報告的第六卷。在經(jīng)濟新常態(tài)和推進“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的國際背景下,本報告從能源經(jīng)濟的視角人手,總結(jié)并提煉國際和中國能源市場的發(fā)展特點,從時間和空間維度研究中國能源市場,梳理能源市場化演進的歷程和發(fā)展。針對能源市場基本特征、能源市場監(jiān)管、能源市場準入、能源市場化改革面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)等重要問題開展了系統(tǒng)研究,同時也探討了新能源汽車、清潔能源投資、能源市場“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”等新特點和新問題。 《中國能源報告》是系列研究報告,自2006年以來,每兩年出版一卷。根據(jù)國際和國內(nèi)能源經(jīng)濟與氣候政策形勢的變化,每卷選擇不同主題,開展有針對性的研究。突出研究的實證性和政策性,在深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,為國家相關(guān)決策部門提供參考和信息支持。 《中國能源報告(2016):能源市場研究》適合能源經(jīng)濟與管理、環(huán)境與氣候政策等領(lǐng)域的政府公務(wù)人員、企業(yè)管理人員、高等院校師生、科研院所人員及對該領(lǐng)域感興趣的學(xué)者和相關(guān)工作者閱讀。 更多科學(xué)出版社服務(wù),請掃碼獲取。
魏一鳴,教育部“長江學(xué)者獎勵計劃”特聘教授(2008年)、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者(2004年)、中國科學(xué)院“百人計劃”(2005年)、“百千萬人才工程國家人選”(2004年),F(xiàn)任北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)院院長、北京理工大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心主任、國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新研究群體“能源經(jīng)濟與氣候政策”學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人。兼任中國優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經(jīng)濟數(shù)學(xué)研究會副理事長、能源經(jīng)濟與管理研究分會理事長等。受邀擔任9個國際期刊的編委或副編輯。曾任中國科學(xué)院科技政策與管理科學(xué)研究所副所長(2000~2008年)、研究員。
長期從事管理系統(tǒng)工程、能源經(jīng)濟管理的研究和教學(xué),在能源經(jīng)濟預(yù)測與決策建模、資源與環(huán)境管理、能源經(jīng)濟與氣候政策等領(lǐng)域開展了有創(chuàng)新的研究工作,并做出了貢獻。先后主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新研究群體項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重大國際合作項目、“973”計劃、國家科技支撐計劃項目、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點項目、歐盟FP7等40余項科研課題,出版專著10余部;發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文370余篇,其中,SCI/SSCI收錄113篇,EI收錄100余篇。據(jù)Web of Science數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)表的SCI/SSCI論文被引用1463次,其中嚴格他引1280次,論文H指數(shù)22;據(jù)Google Scholar統(tǒng)計,論著被同行引用超過1萬次、H指數(shù)52。曾連續(xù)兩次入選中國高被引學(xué)者(Most Cited Chinese Researchers)榜單(2014年、2015年)。 8項成果曾獲省部級科學(xué)技術(shù)、自然科學(xué)獎或哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)獎,其中一等獎4項。向中央和國務(wù)院提交了多份政策咨詢報告并得到了重視。研究成果在學(xué)術(shù)界和政府部門均有較大影響。 廖華,男,1980年生,江西南康人。北京理工大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心教授、博士生導(dǎo)師、副主任。從事能源經(jīng)濟與氣候政策研究。合作發(fā)表論文60余篇、合著專著9部。已主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題1項、戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項課題1項、國家自然科學(xué)基金項目5項、霍英東高校青年教師基金課題1項、澳大利亞國立大學(xué)項目1項,講授《能源經(jīng)濟學(xué)》課程。完成的部分專報信息被中辦、國辦采用。曾獲國家優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項目,曾入選教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃、“長江學(xué)者獎勵計劃”首批青年學(xué)者項目,曾獲茅以升北京青年科技獎、省部級一等獎4項、中國科學(xué)院院長獎等。 唐葆君,女,1972年生,江西泰和人。教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,F(xiàn)任北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟學(xué)院副院長,北京理工大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境政策研究中心副主任。從事能源金融、碳金融研究。發(fā)表論文40余篇、出版專著及合著6部。主持國家及省部級重要課題20余項,包括國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目(2項)、北京市自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、北京市哲學(xué)社科重點項目、國家科技支撐計劃等科研任務(wù),曾在日本名古屋大學(xué)合作研究。主要講授《國際金融》《金融經(jīng)濟學(xué)》等課程。曾獲國家能源局能源軟科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎一等獎,教育部高等學(xué)?茖W(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎(科學(xué)技術(shù))科技進步獎二等獎、中國電子學(xué)會電子信息科學(xué)技術(shù)獎二等獎、國家能源局能源軟科學(xué)研究優(yōu)秀成果獎三等獎。
