雷清泉(1938.7.23-)中國工程院院士。出生于四川南充，1962年畢業(yè)于西安交通大學，現(xiàn)任哈爾濱理工大學教授、博導、絕緣技術專家，中國電工技術學會工程電介質專業(yè)委員會委員、副主任。先后主持完成了國家"九五"重點科技攻關項目1項、國家自然科學基金項目4項、其它科研課題12項。
