隨著汽車保有量的不斷增加,在全球已經(jīng)引發(fā)了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問(wèn)題和能源危機(jī)。日益嚴(yán)格
的排放和燃料效率的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)促進(jìn)了安全、清潔和高效車輛的迅猛發(fā)展,開(kāi)發(fā)低污染或零污染的
綠色汽車,特別是以混合動(dòng)力電動(dòng)汽車、純電動(dòng)汽車和燃料電池電動(dòng)汽車為代表的新能源汽
車已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今汽車工業(yè)發(fā)展的重要課題和未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。
新能源汽車已被國(guó)務(wù)院確定為我國(guó)七大戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,并在發(fā)布的《節(jié)能與新能

新能源汽車的技術(shù)研發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)化。截至 2017 年底,我國(guó)新能源汽車保有量達(dá)到 153 萬(wàn)輛。
在國(guó)家政策的引導(dǎo)下,新能源汽車正從技術(shù)研發(fā)、示范推廣向產(chǎn)業(yè)化階段快速推進(jìn),導(dǎo)
致新能源汽車技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)人員、產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)人員短缺,亟須培養(yǎng)一批掌握新能源汽車原理、構(gòu)造
