本書是一部關(guān)于非洲研究和中非關(guān)系研究的高質(zhì)量學(xué)術(shù)論文集，內(nèi)容共包括五個部分：（1）《攜手共命運(yùn)，同心促發(fā)展》是習(xí)近平主席在2018年中非合作論壇北京峰會開幕式上的主旨講話；（2）中國非洲研究院成立專題，包括6篇文章，分別是中國社科院院長謝伏瞻、莫桑比克前總統(tǒng)希薩諾、非盟委員會人力資源與科技委員安楊、塞內(nèi)加爾地方高級行政委員會副主席薩瓦內(nèi)、中國社會科學(xué)院副院長高翔在中國非洲研究院成立大會上的致辭或閉幕辭；（3）學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平主席致中國非洲研究院成立賀信精神專題，包括6篇文章，主要是中國和非洲學(xué)者對于中非關(guān)系、中非命運(yùn)共同體、中非“一帶一路”合作、中非團(tuán)結(jié)抗疫等方面的研究；（4）學(xué)術(shù)論壇，包括2篇文章，是關(guān)于國際援助與中非合作、中國在非洲的全球公共產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)的研究；（5）學(xué)術(shù)評論，1篇回顧、展望中國的非洲研究的文章。
