《英語閱讀與寫作教程》是一套英語閱讀與寫作系列教材,教材以教育部2000年頒發(fā)的《高等學校英語專業(yè)教學大綱》為指導方針,通過引進國內外先進的閱讀與寫作理論,將閱讀與寫作有機地結合起來。這套教程分四冊,供高等學校英語專業(yè)本科一、二年級閱讀課和寫作課教學使用。每冊有六個單元,使用一個學期,共計使用四個學期。

一、閱讀篇
該板塊選用的閱讀文章主題寬泛,包括歷史、經濟、社會、文化、體育、醫(yī)藥、傳說、人物傳記、科普常識等領域的文章,富有時代性、典型性和針對性特點。主題閱讀為寫作實踐提供一定量的輸入。閱讀篇主要內容包括快速閱讀、閱讀策略、閱讀練習、補充性閱讀和閱讀作業(yè)五個部分?焖匍喿x指導學生學會迅速、準確捕捉信息。閱讀策略循序漸進地系統(tǒng)介紹各種閱讀技能:第1冊首先幫助學生了解段落大意、段落結構和段落支撐性細節(jié),根據上下文和構詞法猜測詞義;第2冊重點培養(yǎng)學生把握略讀、尋找、推測作者觀點、得出結論、區(qū)分事實和觀點等閱讀技巧,增強閱讀評析能力;第3冊和第4冊強調閱讀策略的綜合應用,其中第3冊側重培養(yǎng)學生對篇章內部邏輯推理、銜接和修辭等方面的理解能力;第4冊針對議論文和圖表作文等文體進行相應的閱讀技能訓練。閱讀練習通過閱讀文章,幫助學生了解、熟練掌握所學閱讀策略。補充性閱讀為兩篇同主題的閱讀文章,鞏固閱讀策略和拓展閱讀面。閱讀作業(yè)主要布置課外團隊探究作業(yè)和名著導讀,進行課外延伸閱讀。

Metallies——Shiny colors like gold, bronze, copper, and silver inspire creativity.There are no better colors to wear when you are engaged in an artistic project ofsome kind. Metallics make people critical and discerning, so avoid them if yourefeeling sensitive.
Fashion Feng Shui is not only practiced in appearance, it also achieves certainresults in your home and office. Earth colors are favorable for kitchens, while pas-tels are better for play rooms and art studios. Vibrant hues are excellent for gather-ing spaces, while neutrals are ideal for bathrooms.
