薛廣波,男,第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)教授,上海市消毒品協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。1941年生于河北省邯鄲市魏縣。著名消毒學(xué)家、流行病學(xué)家和疾病預(yù)防學(xué)家,是我國(guó)消毒學(xué)和疾病預(yù)防學(xué)的創(chuàng)始人之一。1993年獲國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼,1996年獲國(guó)家世紀(jì)寶鼎獎(jiǎng),1998年獲全軍預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)基金獎(jiǎng),2001年被中華預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)消毒學(xué)會(huì)評(píng)選為國(guó)內(nèi)外著名學(xué)者。 薛廣波教授1964年畢業(yè)于山東菏澤醫(yī)學(xué)?茖W(xué)校,后又就讀于上海第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)和上海第一醫(yī)科大學(xué)。長(zhǎng)期從事流行病學(xué)和消毒學(xué)教學(xué)和科研工作。學(xué)習(xí)刻苦,治學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),成績(jī)卓著。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文140余篇。獲國(guó)家、軍隊(duì)和地方各種科技獎(jiǎng)18項(xiàng)。主編學(xué)術(shù)著作12部。作為編委、編者、審者出版的著作12部。 他設(shè)計(jì)和組織完成的“中國(guó)腦血管病的流行病學(xué)研究”,在總后衛(wèi)生部的支持下,組織全軍980余名醫(yī)務(wù)人員,在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)(臺(tái)灣省除外)隨機(jī)抽取580萬(wàn)人口,進(jìn)行了腦血管病的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查,不僅闡明了我國(guó)腦血管病從南向北逐步增多,從東向西逐步減少的分布規(guī)律,并提出了這種分布的數(shù)學(xué)模式。同時(shí)也研究了多種因素和腦血管病的關(guān)系。在第12屆(洛杉磯)、第13屆(悉尼)、第14屆(名古屋)等國(guó)際流行病學(xué)大會(huì)上報(bào)告后,受到高度評(píng)價(jià)。這項(xiàng)工作獲全軍科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)和國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。薛教授和郭述蘇教授等共同完成的“中國(guó)偏頭痛的流行病學(xué)研究”,獲軍隊(duì)科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。 在消毒滅菌研究中,他和同事們首創(chuàng)了“高臭氧紫外線消毒燈”和“高強(qiáng)度紫外線消毒燈”,并用其制備了多種紫外線消毒設(shè)備,這些研究使我國(guó)對(duì)紫外線消毒的開(kāi)發(fā)達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,在國(guó)際會(huì)議上報(bào)告后受到好評(píng),并獲得多項(xiàng)科技進(jìn)步及其他獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。目前這些成果已在醫(yī)學(xué)消毒和衛(wèi)生消毒中廣泛應(yīng)用。 薛廣波教授是國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織ISO/TC 198委員會(huì)(消毒滅菌委員會(huì))專家。也是國(guó)際流行病學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)(IEA)會(huì)員,曾被聘為英國(guó)利高曼一中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)消毒專家委員會(huì)副主任,全軍科技成果獎(jiǎng)評(píng)委,全軍流行病學(xué)會(huì)副主任等。長(zhǎng)期擔(dān)任衛(wèi)生部消毒專家委員會(huì)委員和衛(wèi)生部消毒產(chǎn)品專家審評(píng)委員會(huì)主任委員。
