這是一本系統(tǒng)論述基于油包水工作液綠色高效電火花成形加工技術(shù)的著作,電火花成形加工作為一種重要的電火花加工技術(shù)。然而,目前國內(nèi)外常用的電火花成形加工技術(shù)存在效率低、能耗大、加工過程中釋放有害氣體等問題。本書率先提出了研制油包水型工作液替代油類工作液來實現(xiàn)綠色高效電火花成形加工的新方法,研究開發(fā)了綠色高效電火花成形加工技術(shù)及其專用油包水型工作液。首次建立了評價油包水型工作液在高頻脈沖電場中穩(wěn)定性的數(shù)學(xué)模型,揭示了電場強度,脈沖寬度等電加工參數(shù)以及油包水型工作液的含水量、乳化劑濃度等因素對油包水型工作液穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律,給出了提高油包水型工作液電加工穩(wěn)定性的方法。率先開展了基于重鑄區(qū)域幾何尺寸測量的放電能量分配與放電通道膨脹特性的研究工作,在實驗研究與理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上建立了放電通道半徑隨時間變化的數(shù)學(xué)模型,明確了放電能量的分配關(guān)系。
