本報告是《全球碳中和之路》的英文版。
本報告聚焦全球碳中和之路研究,從戰(zhàn)略全局認(rèn)識和把握全球碳中和目標(biāo),結(jié)合自身在全球能源轉(zhuǎn)型、清潔發(fā)展、電力規(guī)劃、氣候環(huán)境領(lǐng)域的研究成果,對全球碳達(dá)峰碳中和問題的重大意義、形勢任務(wù)、思路目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)舉措、綜合路徑、行業(yè)判斷、區(qū)域特征等進(jìn)行了深入研究,編制形成《全球碳中和之路》。
本報告共分為18章。第1章介紹全球氣候變化與碳中和的形勢與挑戰(zhàn)。第2章提出全球碳中和的必由之路,即以全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為基礎(chǔ)平臺,包括五大部門、六大洲、六大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、市場與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施支撐的全球碳中和之路綜合方案。第3章介紹全社會凈零路徑與全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)方案特征。第4~8章,分別對能源行業(yè)凈零路線圖、工業(yè)行業(yè)凈零路線圖、交通領(lǐng)域凈零路線圖、建筑及生活領(lǐng)域凈零路線圖和農(nóng)業(yè)及土地利用增匯路線圖進(jìn)行了全面詳細(xì)的介紹。第9~14章分別介紹亞洲、歐洲、非洲、北美洲、中南美洲、大洋洲碳中和實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,從發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、減排路徑、能源轉(zhuǎn)型、清潔能源、配置網(wǎng)絡(luò)等多個維度,結(jié)合各洲發(fā)展實(shí)際,系統(tǒng)論述了各洲的碳中和路徑。第15章介紹清潔替代、電能替代、能源互聯(lián)、能源存儲、氫能與電制、碳捕集封存與利用等六大零碳負(fù)碳關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。第16章介紹建立全球電碳市場的市場保障機(jī)制。第17章介紹促進(jìn)三網(wǎng)融合發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)實(shí)施保障機(jī)制。第18章介紹綜合效益與政策機(jī)制。
本報告分析氣候變化的緊迫形勢和深遠(yuǎn)影響,全面介紹全球能源互聯(lián)網(wǎng)方案,包括能源生產(chǎn)、能源消費(fèi)、能源互聯(lián)、工業(yè)零碳、交通零碳、建筑及居民零碳、農(nóng)林業(yè)增匯等多個維度的行動路線圖,系統(tǒng)回答全球如何實(shí)現(xiàn)碳中和。報告兼顧科普性、通識性以及專業(yè)性,滿足不同讀者的信息獲取需求。
