本書精選了材料成型及控制工程專業(yè)不同領(lǐng)域的英文課文,主要內(nèi)容分為三部分,第一部分為鑄造方面的內(nèi)容,包括材料凝固理論、各種鑄造成形方法以及計(jì)算機(jī)在金屬鑄造中的應(yīng)用等;第二部分為塑性成型方面的內(nèi)容,包括鍛造工藝、沖壓工藝、塑性成型設(shè)備以及計(jì)算機(jī)輔助工藝設(shè)計(jì)等;第三部分為焊接方面的內(nèi)容,主要包括焊接的基本原理、各種焊接工藝、焊縫評(píng)價(jià)及質(zhì)量控制等。每節(jié)課文后都附有專業(yè)技術(shù)詞匯以及思考題,以利于學(xué)生閱讀和理解課文,記憶和掌握詞匯。

范小紅,山東建筑大學(xué),副教授,作者一直以來承擔(dān)《材料成形技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)》、《沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)》、《鍛造工藝學(xué)》及《專業(yè)英語》課程的教學(xué)工作。并承擔(dān)材料成型及控制工程方向的金工實(shí)習(xí)、生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)、課程設(shè)計(jì)及畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)等實(shí)踐工作。
主審許斌教授,博士生導(dǎo)師(山東大學(xué)兼職)。主要從事材料表界面、超硬材料合成、材料電子理論的科研工作,一直以來承擔(dān)《材料科學(xué)基礎(chǔ)》等課程的教學(xué)工作。作為第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,其中被SCI、EI收錄40余篇;獲山東省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(第一、二位各1項(xiàng)),山東省自然科學(xué)二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)(第二、五位各1項(xiàng))、三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)(第1位);作為第一發(fā)明人授權(quán)國家發(fā)明專利3項(xiàng)
