包括四個項目的內(nèi)容:項目一驅(qū)動電機拆裝與檢測,介紹驅(qū)動電機結(jié)構(gòu)認(rèn)知、動力總成更換、驅(qū)動電機檢測,使學(xué)生具備驅(qū)動電機拆裝與檢測相關(guān)知識和技能;項目二電機控制器拆裝與檢測,介紹電機控制器更換、電機控制器檢測,使學(xué)生具備電機控制器拆裝與檢測相關(guān)知識和技能;項目三減速器總成拆裝與檢測,介紹減速器總成更換、P擋駐車系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測,使學(xué)生具備減速器總成拆裝與檢測相關(guān)知識和技能;項目四驅(qū)動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測,介紹驅(qū)動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)認(rèn)知、驅(qū)動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)檢測,使學(xué)生具備驅(qū)動電機冷卻系統(tǒng)拆裝與檢測相關(guān)知識和技能。形成了一套完整的新能源汽車驅(qū)動電機知識體系框架,所有章節(jié)均采用情境教學(xué),有助于學(xué)生理解理論、學(xué)會應(yīng)用,真正突出高職高專的辦學(xué)宗旨與特色,結(jié)合實際案例進(jìn)行分析,對系統(tǒng)的理論知識進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,以體現(xiàn)教材知識點的價值和意義。
成林, 2005年至今一直從事汽車技術(shù)、汽車底盤電控技術(shù)理論及應(yīng)用方面的研究,目前主要研究領(lǐng)域是汽車分布式驅(qū)動。長期從事汽車專業(yè)一線教學(xué)工作。
