本書(shū)共設(shè)計(jì)8個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)單元,從旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)際工作的需要出發(fā)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和編寫(xiě),以旅游服務(wù)的整個(gè)工作過(guò)程為導(dǎo)向,包括迎接游客、住、食、行、游、娛、購(gòu)、問(wèn)題處理、歡送游客等方面,選用滿足生活職業(yè)需要的內(nèi)容,通過(guò)創(chuàng)設(shè)生活職業(yè)情境,突出“專業(yè)與服務(wù)崗位對(duì)接,專業(yè)課程內(nèi)容與職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)接,教學(xué)過(guò)程與服務(wù)過(guò)程對(duì)接”,促進(jìn)語(yǔ)言技能的遷移。每個(gè)單元包括 Learning Gals(學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo))、Vocabulary(詞匯)、Sentences(句型)、Dialogue(情景會(huì)話)、Tips(知識(shí)拓展)和 Summing-up(單元知識(shí)總結(jié))。
